Of the released figures in just the past twelve months, we've seen works that belong in museums. I could definitely see an exhibit full of 1/12th dioramas featuring Berserker, Xesray, Vtoys, Axytoys, Mythic Legions and so many other awesome companies out there. Hell. If I was in charge of my own museum, I'd hire Ninja and D Amazing to set up displays.

I was pretty much the only one who posted him on ig so far. Thanks brother hopefully people don’t sleep on him cause he’s awesome such a sick figure 🔥
Got my Hades (Purple and blue) chilling with my Zeus and Lady Death from Loose collector for now. Looks awesome together. I really hope they do more Gods. And Medusa and others in that area of myths. Same with me with his Shoulder armor on his let side. Pops off crazy easy. But I have him posed and displayed and all good!
I got the purple one because i want to get the gold bloody Zues, it just seems more appropriate. Especially since i am one of the nine people who likes the Disney Hercules. Good call. Great review.

Dang that posing with Hellwitch is killer. Makes me do a doubletake on lore, but it is killer. Also, I did not expect to find girlies on the gold helmet. That's hilarious. You could not tell in the original product images and I'm sure a lot of people will be surprised to find them.

There's also another version coming out from a different company in red and black that looks incredible. I'm debating getting the golden armor version, but swapping the headsculpt and turning it into Zeus, as I think that he would look better in gold than Hades does. Fantastic posing, as usual. I got both of them and am quite satisfied with them. Same issue with the armor popping off but, for me it's only on the gold version and it's the big right shoulder armor. Tried a tiny bit of sticky tack but, it made very little difference (and tried to mesh with the cape so, I don't recommend that).
Damn. Those are awesome figures. I think the purple one is my favourite of the two. Throw in some Tamashii Nations blue flame effects and he'll display amazingly in any collection.
Fun fact about Hades, people tend to forget he was the god of wealth in addition to being god of the underworld, so you could argue the gold armor is entirely appropriate to his character.

Another series of gods reminds me of how disappointed i was when TBLeague stopped doing the Egyptian dieties in 1/12 after Anubis. I was fully in on those. Anyway. Great content!
Just bought the Hades Dark seems you're the very first one to review this figure and been waiting for this one. You should check out Kong Studio latest Dragonball non-canon figures like SSJ5 Evil Goku ect both Kong and Demonical Fit have vastly improved.

I know the regular version is the gold one but the purple one in my opinion fits Hades better because gold feels too "heroic" for someone like him. I wouldn't mind getting it one day though because it really looks like a great figure

I really like it, but when I saw the price tag, sticker shock. While good I just cannot justify that kind of price. Living on a small budget sucks sometimes.
If they announced an Athena or something I'd order both of these tommorrow. I just have concerns this might be another sausage fest line. Magnificent figure though

i hope they just stick to the same base body throughout the entire line, im sick of supporting companies by buying their product and mid way through they switch it up with new bigger or smaller bucks. also hope each one gets a fulll plate helmet, because the faces arent that great

My Zues won't stand up without help. Very annoyed by this. The figure won't stand on its own. Won't be buying these figures until they fix that problem.
I know that it’s well executed but art direction wise it’s just not for me. The face is incredibly important to me and yeah yeah I know I could easily head swap but I don’t kit bash and the issue here with this figure is it just doesn’t look like hades I want it’s like a 14 year olds minds eye of what hades would look like. It almost looks very cheesy that being said it’s hard to put a dollar value to a figure that’s made by an independent toy maker. But it’s got soft goods and a lot of accessories the articulation is premium enough I suppose it’s fair to be almost 80 bucks out the door. For me …. If I had a choice between this and like a 75 dollar storm collectibles I would take a storm collectibles figure any day but then if we are going to be honest with ourselves I would take this over that super adaptoid by marvel legends any day

Best Ares figure OF ALL TIME (so far), is the Storm Collectibles Injustice 2 Ares. He will pair up nicely with this Hades and the prior Zeus figure.
