I agree with Rory about the glasses, it's amazing just how different Phoebe looks without glasses on - you can see it's McKenna Grace. I love the story about Mckenna's Granny watching the trailer for Ghostbusters Afterlife and not recognising her! I wholeheartedly admit that I had never heard of McKenna until I saw clips of Afterlife and I thought "who is that?" because she is just so brilliant in it. Then I watched the whole film (I actually watch it at least once a month!) then I watched McKenna in Gifted where she plays Mary Adler and watching Phoebe you can tell it's the same person who played Mary - it's some of the little looks she does in some of the scenes. I think one of the reasons McKenna is such an awesome and unbelievably talented actress is she has such an expressive face and eyes, half of the time she doesn't have to talk but her face and eyes speak volumes. I loved Phoebe and Melody (No matter what other people said they were just friends) and at least when they hung out together Phoebe was happy, I bet McKenna and Emily had a blast working together. I loved Phoebe, Podcast and Ray together they were brilliant! I think the best thing about Frozen Empire was Phoebe's relationship with Gary and how it developed. I loved the bit where Gary and Phoebe are with Lars in the basement and Gary's saying stuff and Phoebe's trying really hard not to laugh and you can see it on her face. I loved their other scenes together too, especially when she calls him "Dad" at the end that gets me every time! #McKennagrace #phoebespengler
