We call the characters "shikigami". They are not humans but Japanese monsters. The background behind belongs to the space reserved for "shikigami", so they all use the same background. But OA also on sale some special backgrounds for legendary tier skin.

If you say OA is 3D graphics, that's acceptable. But when you say OA looks cartoonish, you definitely don't know anything about graphics 😂 To be honest, MLBB looked very plastic and rigid. I also used to play Mlbb so I know this.
