Sailor Galaxia in Cosmos is one of not only great but best villain she has motivation and goal, she's serious imposing, fierce, devoted and scary and she is not screwing around she has a job to do and she is going to do it and it her devotion that made her scary and that devotion to her mission and she isn't going to let anyone get in her way to start a war and wiping everything out to what she doing is right to be god but in the end wrong a mistake lead to consequences that was all part of Chaos plan to have Galaxia to destroy everything and that make Galaxia a tragic sophisticated incredible villain as well as Chaos just like Thanos did in Avengers Infinity War and Endgame they both seek same purpose and motivation goal of genocide being tragic, This is why I love Sailor Moon Cosmos is the best just as the Avengers Infinity War and Endgame.
The scene were Sailor Moon is pissed at Sailor Galaxia for taking her friends that she love and fight her is soo powerful and emotional is like the scene in the final battle of Avengers Endgame were Scarlet Witch is pissed at Thanos and said she to him you took everything from me because he took him friend that she love Vision and the scene in final battle in Justice League Dark: Apokolips War were Superman is pissed at Darkseid and punches at his face many time said you took everything from me because he took the women she loves Lois Lane now we got something in Sailor Moon Cosmos even though Sailor Moon didn't said that but we can imagine did said to Galaxia. Sailor Moon: You took everything from me.
