I'm in Atlanta & heard about the wholesale side of real estate about a year ago. I feel a little lost because I'm such a hands on learner. It just clicks for me when I can see the process being done or when I can have someone to walk me through it a couple of times. This made me want to pursue wholesaling even more!

Hi Noelle. I am from Berlin CT and was living in Georgia for 12 years from 1992 to 2005. I moved to the Philippines in 2020 and can live on less than $800 per month. I was almost broke. I built a chain of 21 small grocery stores in less than 10 months and now live very well. I also started renting out bed space (boarding houses) in Cavite Province Philippines. I love your enthusiasm.

I needed to hear this video. I've already done half of what you said. I had everything then I hit rock bottom. I'm staying with my daughter right now. I'm grinding like you said. I'm putting my technology skills to good use. I've taken a couple of classes while I'm still grinding. But, I'm also learning on my own as well. I'm in the process of writing my plan. I want to be able to put into action before where I'm working go out of business. I put it in my head if this place closes its door what will I do. So, I've been doing multiple hustles until I get where I want to be. I'm almost there. I started immediately doing exactly what you said....increase my income. I knew my expenses would be cut once I moved in with my daughter. Like I said, I'm almost at that point.
