Seth. Your background setup looks 100% better. Great show with you and Fred.
Hey guys love the show been a fan for a few years now but you have me losing my mind, I beg you get your audio's at the same level it drives me crazy every week 🙏🙏
14:00 Robotic Arms are expensive and so is Wireless Charging while also introducing energy losses. I do not understand why they did not pursue a roomba dock style charging system where the autopilot guides the vehicle into the charger. it seems like an obvious solution. Am I missing something?
It’s going to be increasingly difficult to maintain absurdly high Cybertruck resale values as news of its production ramp gets better known. Not a big surprise actually, just another example of supply and demand acting on prices.
Sorry, Aptera is another Fisker. Dead in the water.
Fisker, I didn't even know her. Hahaha 😊
‘How are u doing dis week Set?’
Full Hybrid Electric Vehicle. What is a FHEV, and how does it work? FHEV stands for Full Hybrid Electric Vehicle or also simply known as Hybrid. Hybrids seamlessly switch between engine only, electric, or combined engine and electric propulsion, according to driving conditions.
Is Tesla paying you guys for the free Cybertruck ad you run as a background to your podcast? I thought they didn't advertise.
If not, it's a weird editorial choice for people who claim to be journalists. It would be like the Wall Street Journal putting a Big Mac in their background for all their podcasts, but not charging McDonald's. I wouldn't make the comparison, except that Fred often likes to critique other journalism outlets like Reuters for their mistakes and biases, so the implication is that Electrek is practicing journalism. So why the free brand promotion?
The podcast spent quite a bit of time talking about Tesla in general, some of it was quite negative, which is pretty common with this podcast.
