Static Routing Between 3 Routers in GNS3

This tutorial will demonstrate how to configure static routing between 3 routers using the GNS3 Software.
Static routing isn't the routing protocol rather it is manually configured routes in the router. For administering network devices in small range Static Routing are uses. But it's not convenient to implement in Large Network and not possible to administer and troubleshoot for the large network.
But this is important to know how actually routing works, Let's learn Static Routing configuration between 3 Routers using the most popular network simulator GNS 3.
We're using GNS 3 here because it gives the real world experience of IOS of Routers and Switches. It uses the real IOS for simulation and also uses the VIrtual Machine Platform like VirtualBox, VMware etc.

as i know using vmware type softwre requires heavy processors... is it so.....????

Not exactly, but it depends upon system specifications.
If you are using multiple instances at a time. So, It requires that kind of specification.

why ip addresses are not assigned to switches ?

This is Generic Layer 2 switches and for this scenario it was not needed to put ip address in Switch. For assigning ip address in Switch we should choose Layer 3 switches.
