The first one she mentioned from wet n wild are amazing! I have 5-6 of them and they're very long lasting and pigmented just make sure you use a lip balm under because they dry up your lips a little.
They are a bit drying after wearing them for past 4 hrs which is how long it says they last. They are SUPER pigmented, and very long lasting. I only had to re-apply mine once in a 12 hr long day, and they're also boyfriend approved. I always have so much trouble wearing color in my lips cause all I hear is my boyfriend complains "it's too glossy. It's to bright. I don't wanna have pink lips like you" and with the wet n wild I really didn't have a problem.

I have the NYX matte lipstick in 'Merlot' a nice darker/wine colored red. It's so pigmented and non-drying for me. Definitely a favorite.

I'm also new to make up and am wondering if you have any advice/tips on how to choose the right concealer. I bought a couple, but it seems like a dim, grey hue comes through my under eyes and makes me look older and more tired. Other than the shade, does the amount of concealer I am using also matter?

I love the nyx matte lipsticks! One is called tea rose, it's a bright color that's not really a pink, and is not too much for everyday. Love it!

revlon super lustrious has some nice mattes and my all time favorite from the drugstore is Kate by Rimmel #103 (the red tube). Flower also makes some nice ones in the white tube!
I love the Kate by Rimmel lipsticks, the only thing is they smell and taste awful.

Ariana Adams this is a long stretch, but to me they smell like watermelon four loko. if you're fortunate enough to have never drank the stuff, basically really really really fake fruit punch.
