- Front POV and off-ride of Walibi Holland's new-for-2019 roller coaster. Looking to be one of the best steel-horse conversions, including 5 inversions (the most inversions on any RMC in the World!) and Rocky Mountain Construction's first double-inverting, 270-degree corner stall on a roller coaster; I'm sure it won't be the last we see of this insane element.
The RMC IBox track has Netherland-based coaster enthusiasts extremely excited for this custom-for-Walibi attraction. Taking parts of the old Robin Hood structure and putting shiny new, twisted, steel track on top. Walibi Holland has quite the lineup of coasters now with Goliath, Lost Gravity, and now UNTAMED! What a collection!! Untamed in 60fps 4K Animated POV.
For accuracy: banking, speed, height, and other facts and statistics from "The Making of UNTAMED" from Walibi Holland were accounted for, as well as images from Walibi Holland, / scottb1986 , and / laurensvheerde . On July 1, 2019 Europe's first hybrid coaster opens. The thrill ride replaces the Robin Hood wooden coaster. Hard Gaan! #WalibiHolland #UNTAMED #RockyMountainConstruction
Stats:
Height: 120 feet tall
Speed: 57 miles per hour
You'll experience: 45-degree outward banked turn, 80-degree drop, 270-degree inverting corner stall, wave turn, outward-banked airtime hill, zero-g roll, stall, airhills, switchbacks, overbanks, and a barrel roll with nothing under you but the ground!

For a smaller-in-height RMC, this really looks to be an amazing layout. Perfect balance of airtime and inversions!!!
I totally agree small package, big punch
@Rollercoasters Worldwide yeah
@Rollercoasters Worldwide yah
5 inversions with no brake run, this is amazing, packs a lot of thrill into a medium height rmc
That uphill barrel roll is insane! Looks super tight!
I love the old robin hood track that you also recreated. Also, insane work
Kimi Airtime!!!!
This looks like the best small-scale RMC out there! I can’t wait to ride this someday.
I hope this inspires more small parks to work with RMC. Great coasters can be 100 feet tall or 150 feet tall. I think RMC could have a great future with smaller coasters.
Im already in love with this track
The pacing is insane
Fireball1890000 the real Untamed runs a lot faster
So happy this is coming to my home park :D Amazing job!
je moeder :D
@@l2m773 Thanks voor de geweldig originele belediging. ":D"
@@ianv3180 lol ik bedoelde het niet zo vondt het gewoon grappig om het te doen en dit erachter te zetten :D
Wow. Great job! I love the attention to detail with the supports, especially with the barrel role. That’s a work or art, honestly! Can’t wait to ride this (one day) 😃
Awesome recreation.
This looks so awesome!
Hm, only counted 4... I wouldn't consider the one at 2:53 an inversion. It'd have to be more than 135º...
Coaster Labs It should be over 135*
Coaster Labs Is the Corner Stall after the drop 2 inversions ?
Dylans Coaster Universe Yes it is
@@DylansCoasterUniverse04 Yes, I would consider that 2 inversions much like the Lagoon Roll.
The park just confirmed its 140°
Is it just me that doesn't understand what's special about a step-up underflip except for the name? I kept watching that part and it looks just like a 0g roll ... Good job for the video, amazing work!
Nicolas Labbé agree, sure is fun to say!
I mean they’re pretty badass especially the one on steel vengeance
Funny Moments and Videos the flow of them is so nice.
AmusementInsider yea ik
These element names lmao. So over the top.
The real layout is a bit different but it’s pretty accurate! The coaster goes a bit faster irl tho
Today is THE day !
Top 15 in europe
All of those strange banks and turns... The best summary of this coaster to me would be: weird flex but ok
thats RMC for ya
Is the park marketing this as 4 or 5 inversion because it can be argued whether or not that stall counts as an inversion to me it seems more like an over bank rather than fully inverting
It does go over the 135-degree mark, so it will be considered as one
@@VicenzoV zeurpiet😂😂😂
the 4 th inversion is a 140 degree angle
Can this for the gwazi one once the layout is released :)
Wouw
What is that at 3:07?
Looks to be part of a wood coaster?
Outdoors With Shawn in the queue for Untamed they kept some track, supports, and a car of the train from the old Robin Hood coaster.
You walk under it as part of the queue in that location.
I stuck it in as a little Easter egg.
@@AmusementInsider that's very cool they did that and that you threw in the Easter Egg!
@@OutdoorsWithShawn They also added a few old section of tracks sticking out of the ground in the queue, it will be amazing.
I don't think that you will actually get 14x airtime. Seems like 11x to me. 3 of the hills seem too slow to call it airtime. But we will see in 2020 when I visit the park again. :)
Looks like its pacing slow
Rode it 2 weeks ago. It runs way faster than you see on this video.
RMC= Real Muthafuckin Coasters...
Yall wanna priase Intamin and B&M for forceful and super intense rides, but gonna say this is “unnecessary” and too much/pointless??!!??!! Maaaan! yall hate to see it but RMC is on top right now!!!!! Bulldozing their own lane with these rides 💯💯💯
you know that RMC managed to do something that wasn't possible in the early days of rollercoaster enginering: having a straight square like track do insane shit. This is why manufacturers turned to tubular steel track. The normal square like track just wasn't smooth or couldn't do much because it would break. With technology these days with the I box concept we can now do insane things coudn't think off years ago. RMC smashed the coaster industry into pieces and ofcourse with rumors going around of another coaster war. This turned out into another coaster war/competition. The new mario cart races and such as well with dynamic attractions smashing through the darkride industry hard with their new inventions of race track and coaster technology with a possibility of augmented reality. We are gonna see the heaviest competition we've ever seen in years.
I count 18 negative G ? I thought only 14 ?
ben bullhard I count 15 including the 97* degree Stall and 16 with the entrance to break run but without considering those I come to 14 Airtime moments in total.
Unrealistic - the chain lift is too quiet
Unrealistic. It has a quiet lift hill.
that zero g stall doesn't look like it goes upside down at all
Anti Mcgregor it does pass the 135* mark
I don't like it. It feels like it's just prefab element after prefab element. The best coasters have free flowing track designed to complement the previous and upcoming turns. This just feel like it's click and place sections. Sorry - I really wanted to like this and it looks amazing in person but it's a complacent attempt from RMC.
Which one's better, No Limits 2 or Planet Coaster? :/
NoLimits 2 for building realistic roller coasters with realistic physics.
Planet Coaster for having fun managing/building a theme park, not great at building realistic coasters and physics aren't the best.
NLRS 2 est bien mais le circuit est moyen
These new RMCs are crazy and unnecessary. The best one is still their first one, cause there's no inversions, and it is still the best ride to date.
Scottie Corley So you think that New Texas Giant is better than Steel Vengeance, Lightning Rod or Wildfire? That’s definitely an unpopular opinion.
Your intro music reminds me of 9/11... don't know why
Too much going on. Not a fan of RMC. I like speed and height with just enough of airtime at the end. My favorite is The Voyage and El Toro.
what RMCS have you ridden?
@@chrisshort4121 I've ridden, The New Texas Giant, Twisted Colossus, Iron Rattler, and Wicked Cyclone. First off let me tell you than I prefer wooden coasters over steel. Also, I'm not a fan of extreme airtime. I like Speed, length and height. I want to KNOW I'm on a Wooden Coaster when I ride one. It would have been PERFECT if they just left the structure as is and added TOPPER TRACK. I liked the Original Texas Giants layout and that Magic Carpet ending but once they referbished it, it was too smooth and they took that mid helix out. I'm not a fan of that flat part after the first drop on RMC'S. I like to go WAY UP then valley DOWN and then back up again. I dont like that little airtime hill after the lift. Twisted Colossus was just the WORSE to me. What's up with all those tiny hills before the lift. It adds NOTHING to the ride AT ALL. Iron Rattler was too smooth and TOO SHORT and Wicked Cyclone was too much all over the place. NOW, I can tell you that from the LOOKS of it, LIGHTNING ROD would be my favorite coaster of all time if I get a chance to ride it and if Outlaw Run was much longer, I would probably like that also. Those are REGULAR COASTERS with the elements at the end and they have TOPPER TRACK. But for NOW, Voyage and El Toro are just the bomb and actually I like The Beast at King's Island. I've never been on a GCI but I think I would love their coasters also. I KNOW I wont like Steel Vengence but I loved Mean Streak. I just wish these parks just REtrack these coasters and they can even Topper Track them but leave all of that Herky Jerky and Flips OFF Of these. A coaster NEVER has to go upside down for me. I LOVE Nitro, Millenium Force, Bizzaro SFNE and ALL Intamin Coasters.
@@cleopatrajones2024 Steel Vengeance is MUCH more out of control than any other RMC, I think you would like it.
@@benbullhard2581 THAT'S what I dont like is OUT OF CONTROL. Too disorienting. I like less airtime but I will see when I go next year.
@@cleopatrajones2024 if you ever get a chance to go to six flags great America give Goliath a try it might be short but it's fun and it's not as bad and out of control like the other plus it's a ground-up, and not a conversion if you ever get a chance to go there and see what you think of it.
