I read somewhere that her mom blamed bringing out Leeann Rimes for one of her performances and took away from showcasing her own skills. IDK if that's true but I myself would question bringing out another performer, especially one so well known
She sings the lyrics so beautifully. especially if you pay attention to her expressions as she 'narrates' the song. She sounds like she's telling the story through music. And the lyrics itself are just gorgeous all around. Her voice is heaven.
