Because we have to read 12 subjects per sem and if you doing it form prestigious uni.. then uni itself added some extra subject.. like i studied in bckv . So in our 2nd sem we have to study extra subjects .. So in total there will be 18 subjects . Mbbs and engineering is not one and only field in science 😊
