Thank you for uploading these videos. I love that you present a balanced science based approach and with kindness. We often do carrot sticks ; tofu; olives; peas; avocado with ground flax seeds sprinkled over; or chia puddings with vitamin c rich fruit. I batch make the chia puddings with cashew milk and freeze them in little jars ready to go.
You're welcome Angela and thanks for the kind words :) Batch making chia pudding is such a great idea. I've just never frozen them before. Do you let them thaw before serving. Or do you serve it as somewhat of a popsicle / chia ice cream?
Hi Ashely. Glad you like it! I grew up in Montreal, so perhaps you're hearing a tinge of french-Canadian?That said, I also speak a few other languages, which I'm sure are also influencing the way I pronounce things. So perhaps you're hearing a bit of a mix of everything!
