Used to work at VOA A plant that this video was filmed in.Now this site is rotting and corroding away.Whats left of the transmitters there was used for spares at the still working “B”plant that is still working.I work at “B” plant-the CEMCO 420A transmitters at B site have been scrapped and replaced with newer 419F transmitters from another site. The inside of A site is covered in black mold and the paint is peeling. The site is now owned by the state of NC and the 4160 power has been disconnected. The state of NC is trying to decide what to do with the building. The antennas have been demolished.A plant closed in 2006.RIP!

Yup, you are right. The newer Adobe acts like a real stinker. Great series on the VOA. listen to them on my ICF-2010.

Thanks. Sometime, just reloading the page will clear it up, but it keeps on cropping up and Adobe has not fixed it. I wish RUclips would use a different player. It's a real time waster.

Where's the audio? Video runs horrible.

Sounds and looks fine to me on my laptop. No audio? There have been problems with the newer Adobe Flash player like pauses, hangs, no sound, etc. Try Googling for solutions.
