Study permit requirement is not dependent on your age or year of previous study. It is also not dependent on your marital status. Packaging a convincing application may be able to get you to Canada. There are typically a lot of factors to consider such as funds, purpose of visit and ties to home country. You have to be a full-time active student. To qualify for PGWP
