This is amazing. I have breast cancer. And this gives me great hope and motivation. I can do this along with my cancer treatments, doctors, diet, exercise, a positive attitude, and the help of God. Thank you for this great video.
This is the best video ever!! Heading toward chemo has gotten me depressed. I don’t want to be a zombie for a year. Thank you for posting this!!
good luck
check out videos of Thomas Seyfried. he is a scientist from Boston University specialized in cancer. he states that exercise reduces glutamine. cancer thrives on glutamine and glucose. together with a Keto diet you basically starve the cancer cells and shrink tumors. Get well, God bless!
Just brilliant, I know I commenced an exercise program on commencing Chemo back in 2016, but, I had to travel to the otherside of town to do it. This being at the same place of treatment is wonderful and at the same time your getting your own support from the exercise physiologists. I attend the gym still and follow a stationary bike regime. I have engaged an exercise physiologist once a month to keep on fighting for my health. I am now almost 6 years down the track and doing absolutely fine. Brilliant show.
I would personally choose weightlifting 5 times a week and jogging for a half hour 3 times a week with a balanced diet over chemo ANY day
It's not exercise or chemo. It's exercise AND chemo friend
I exercise right after chemo as well.
Thanks for this Great video and info 👍
What great info!
I remember this reporter, you have to love Australian journalists!
I have a lesion on my scalp and headaches. Wondering if I should start weights training now to boost my immune system. I’m only 48 yrs old. I still have specialist to see and test to get.
Can you please post a link to any paper(s) released regarding these studies? Very interesting video 👍
good on them, there's no way I would be capable of exercising on chemo day. But yoga definitely helped me in the in-between days!
Soon as my craniotomy heals I’ll be training hard. Right now walking five miles daily
Hi, did you use each patients Biorhythms to judge how intense their gym workouts were?
It’s 2023 and exercise is still not targeted or much made of in my treatment this year. What happened?
Which hospital?
