Food that use charcoal as fuel to cook actually taste better compare to electric or gas..i believe even boil soup or herbal soup using charcoal is so much tastier..nice n delicious fried kuew teow ..

I still remember few years ago when his son took over only had few guest, and when his dad comeback its a super long queue again. Hahahah chinese wont settle for less. But now im glad his son can fully take over and let the old dad rest more

They should engage a part time maid to help clean up from time to time. The charchoal should be nicely chopped and being placed in a large bin. Everything should have its place. Since the food rating is great, the owner must have earned quite a lot, it is a roaring business.
