1-1-2-1 Basketball Full Court Zone Press Defense

1-1-2-1 Basketball Full Court Zone Press Defense is a defense where you pressure your opponent on the full court. In this full court zone defense you will have the lead player as the player who forces the player with the Basketball up the sidelines. The second player will watch for the pass at center court. Then the 2 players at half court are the trapping players. This is a great full court zone basketball defense for the high school aged Basketball teams.
