This movie was a master piece and its extremely underrated I wish more people would watch it and realise the amazing cinematography and all the amazing acting from literally everyone in this movie even David batista and he was in the movie for 5 minutes maybe . A yearly rewatch for me

Made for a really poignant experience. One of those movies I wished never ended, even though it’s already 3 hours long.

He was looking for a child and he thought that the child was him, because his pseudo-love said that he was special and the facts pointed to this. Well, the fact is that what he bought should somehow support her, then he realized it. In the end, they say to him when he was rescued from captivity: "Did you think that the child was you? Everyone thinks so." And in his heart he understands that he is not special and nobody. And yes, the girl who said the hologram: "You're lonely" blah, blah, and then the main character sees a billboard with the same name that she told him. And there was also the name Joe, which means that there was no love initially! And the shit he bought him had to somehow support and she supported him, saying you're not a cyborg, you're special and you need a name... Joe. And the one who thought it was romance just fucked up didn't think
