That subdued reaction to the actual human corpse in the firing range. Though, I'm sad you missed two pretty big details. Though one occurs again in the next and last part.
A few of the signs which on a passing glance you might have thought said "Thank you for not loitering for longer than 20 minutes" actually said "Thank you for not killing more than 20 men". Also, at the end, that mannequin in the chair was meant to turn around, and you would see Tony's face on it. But I think the animation bugged.
Oh goodie! I wanted to be scared shitless by mannequins today! You just gotta love people making Portal maps filled with death instead of puzzles. Poor Jerry...
Mannequins are irritating, they move, they leave trails of blood, and annoying fellow employees leave them everywhere! (yes I made a reference!)
Also whoever made this map is great at pacing, it always ends on a 'high' note XD
Welp, RIP Tony. He was a good man.
The more I watch this, the more I realize how long these employees have to walk every day...
I never realised how creepy aperture could be.
I really like this map because it doesn't rely on jump scares to be scary. It just uses really fricking creepy situations to scare the living daylights out of you.

Just to be on the safe side I decided to take my computer with me to the bathroom so now I'm watching this episode IN THE BATHROOM like Tim would say.
So my grandma, I think, makes dolls and they are the clay dolls that stare emotionlessly , so when I stay, I sleep on the couch because above the bed there's a self filled with dolls.

If you look at the messed up code, there is a mention of 'semi-intelligent, semi-conductive mannequins.'
I was so on edge by the end of the map, at one point when he shot the portal at a wall (around 19:40), I jumped. I hate horror stuff, but this map is just so good. I am dreading the next part.
Don't you love how Jerry _never_ replies to Tony, but Tony keeps on a-mailing him? I mean, he doesn't even know if Jerry's seen those A-mails let alone if he's even there! Also, don't you love how the light is coming out the _back_ of the laptop?
Also, why didn't 17:29 scare me??

For me, the scariest part was the skittering in the hallway. Partly because I couldn't come up with any jokes at that part. And partly because I'm arachnophobic.

Its funny actually, how manequins scare us. We know they cant move, so realizing something was there before you, without you noticing it scares you. The creep intensifies when the uncanny valey joins in. All in all, the human brain was designed to hate manequins...

The animation bugged out at that last part. The mannequin was supposed to turn around and it'd have Tony's face attached to it.

That last jump scare doesn't make sense in the current context of the plot... unless it's just Jerry or something else bigger than the Apperture Science semi-intelligent semi-conducting test mannequins
my explanation is that those ones aren't real. there was a glitch for him but those mannequins are supposed to appear black with glowing eyes, denoting that they aren't real mannequins
I think the mannequin you were looking at when you got the it's too late message was the one who sent the it's too late message. and maybe it killed Tony Gray

This map does a good job of being freaky, you are very right there Jerry though why else would you play a horror map beside to be spooped. I hope this doesnt give you a Mannequin phobia Jerry cause that would just make this map a lot worse but moments like 17:32 much better. Poor Jerry

About 5-6 mins in, I'm guessing that nothing huge is gonna happen, and it's only scary because you're expecting something, and when it never comes your fear gets worse. It probably wouldn't be scary at all if not for part 1 (keep in mind this is just based off 5 mins and the title, Paranoia)
