- Mocha Pro's PowerMesh is extremely powerful for stabilization and touch-up workflows within DaVinci Resolve and Fusion. Watch Ben Brownlee as he takes you through a straightforward step-by-step workflow for doing quick beauty retouching. Of course, all these techniques can be used for mesh inserts, digital wounds, and other common VFX tasks.

Key points:
● Mocha Pro's PowerMesh is a powerful tool for tracking and warping surfaces.
● The video covers two workflows: stabilize/unwarp and Alembic export.
● Setting a reference frame in Mocha Pro is crucial for accurate stabilization.
● Alembic export allows for a more flexible workflow in Fusion.
● The process involves creating a 3D setup in Fusion using the Alembic data.
● A mask can be used to refine the warped area and achieve a cleaner result.
Benefits of the Alembic workflow:
● Faster and more efficient for paint and touch-up tasks.
● Offers more flexibility for manipulating the tracked surface in Fusion.

Thank you! I know you guys give a lot of AfterEffects love but I do appreciate the Mocha - Fusion tutorials. Keep them coming
Absolutely we will. There's so much you can do with Fusion. It's high on our To Do tutorial list. Thanks for watching.
Love Mocha - Fusion Tutorials!!
please make more of these!! Tutorials with integration between Mocha Pro and Davinci Resolve are very few and far between!! I would love to see a video that shows how to use the new 3D camera solver in Davinci Resolve/Fusion
Well, let's not make you wait too long for that. Here's a sneak peek for you : ruclips.net/video/XtRPkQHKqOY/видео.html
YES. A Fusion tutorial! 🎉
Thanks Ben, always a pleasure to watch your stuff.
More to come very soon. I love a bit of Fusion 😀
This made me think that if these same functions (mesh import with textures) are available for after effects, BorisFX would be achieving what all vfx artists have been asking for years: a good way to do projection mapping inside after effects.
Would be nice. The new versions of After Effects are getting better 3D support, so a variant of this technique should be viable at some point soon.
Finally, seeing fusion being use sounds great. I hope they can give the same treatment as after effects on all of their plug ins, so we can also interact with 3d cameras and stuff on Fusion.
Can you keep a secret? No? Neither can I. Here's a sneak peek of the Mocha 3D Camera Solve data inside of Fusion video : ruclips.net/video/XtRPkQHKqOY/видео.html
@BorisFXco Thank for sharing. Let me take a look...

Silhouette paint ofx plugin workflow
Great idea. I'll add this to the list.
Please make some Videos, how to use camera tracking data in Blender.
We do show some of that workflow in other videos. Export the camera solve from Mocha Pro to FBX and then you can follow along from here : ruclips.net/video/Oft_grQtSx0/видео.htmlsi=T127vGP_oTZ-CXvz&t=816
Очень полезно, а можно побольше уроков в сочетание с программой Boris FX + DaVinci Resolve!?
