I'm usually just hanging about doing nothing much apart from playing guitar (assuming I've completed my wife's To Do List!) so figured I should just turn the camera on and post them. If I get them right, obv 😂. I'll try to do lessons for them as well. No point me being able to play something and not sharing the knowledge.
I really enjoyed that! The only Diamond Head I know is the Borrowed Time album, my brother had it back in the eighties. Based on this song though, I need to check out the Canterbury album. Sounds like that guitar part is in 7/4 but the drums are playing in 4/4, I love stuff like that but it can be awkward to play.
Aye, it's a tricky one to keep going! It sounds like the snare moves the beat in places and swaps with the bass drum? And the middle bit is some Prog time, lol! It's a great album - although much maligned at the time as it was a major departure from their earlier material. Definitely worth checking out.
Love that thanks 👍🍺
👍🏻👍🏻
You're on full throttle lately with your covers! ❤
