    I’m an oncology nurse and my coworker and I were just talking yesterday about how so much of what we consume contributes to the many health conditions we see, specifically how processed foods can potentially play a role in a cancer diagnoses. Thank you for helping spread education on how we can use food to fuel our body and our health. There’s endless drugs and education out there to treat diseases but next to no information on how to prevent diseases through diet. Your work is so so important and I’m so grateful to of found you!

    Love that you created a RUclips channel! I would love a video on birth control/balancing hormones. A lot of women, myself included, are struggling with hormonal/period issues and our doctors are telling us to get on the birth control pill as a solution. Would love your take on this 😌

    I’m so excited about your RUclips channel! I am so thankful that I learned to use nutrition as medicine in reversing my moderate insulin resistance! I’ve made so much progress and have been able to see the physical effects on the outside, mental and emotional effects and also to see significant changes with blood work. I’ve been on this path of using food as medicine pretty much on my own through resources online like yours since I didn’t have access to functional medicine doctors and I’m so thankful for people like you who put the information out there!

    I’m in my 30s with two kids and trying for a third soon. I have PCOS and am trying to learn to manage and balance my hormones naturally. Learning so much. Have hope!
