I had the chance to see him perform a few years ago. As I was heading towards the parking lot, I spotted him and congratulated him on his performance. He was incredibly sweet and we chatted for a few more minutes. He signed m program as well.
I've never seen his work before, but now I definitely want to check out some of his stuff. He seems like a talented, humble man. And that laugh is priceless. :) This is why I love the Role Call series.
I love Ben Vereen (who doesn't??), and I was lucky enough to see him in the original Pippin - I think because my girlfriend at the time took me for my birthday! I also loved both Ben Vereen & Jeff Goldblum in Tenspeed & Brown Shoe! I'm sorry I didn't get to see him at Feinstein's that Thanksgiving week - or the following I just found out by googling!
