I think my favorite within the scope of this channel is still the bo. I haven't been able to do much with the bo recently. My shop is always so cold that my hands get numb quickly when I'm out there. The drifts have closed my garage, so I'm doing a little bit in there because I can't get my car in the garage. Even in the garage, my hands become numb, but getting to the garage is easier because I don't have to go outside. Even though I haven't gotten to practice much, the bo is the one that I'd like to have in my hands if I had to face someone.
As a pure exercise, I probably like the swinging clubs as much as the bo.
For "cool factor," I lean towards the shillelagh.
Outside the scope of this channel, I'm torn between the 9mm pistol and the .38 Special revolver. I mostly carry the 9mm for the lower weight, narrower profile, and less expensive ammunition.
Outside the scope of this channel but without energy provided through combustion, I like a good push dagger.
