Its great bro that you are able to take interviews of such great personalities to help lot of defense aspirants free of cost but a suggestion for you is that please improve the quality of your questions because more than 60% of time you spend asking basic questions for which one can easily get answers on google...As you are a repeater yourself please ask questions which are asked in PI and Conference and the way to tackle or answer those questions in such a way the IO gets impressed,that would help majority of candidates specially repeaters...I'm a repeater,you can mail me I can send a list of questions which you can ask in your next interview...And btw you're doing a great job bro..Keep it up!!

To understand what are your lacking and lagging is your surrounding family, people, teacher's they will definitely gives u points where you were weak and how strong u can make it... Notice that and be patient in noting down while they are telling your faults It gives an idea. Fot your preparation

I know one candidate and I can say he is with me from 5 class ....he never play a single game....even at pay band 12 he is doing underbowling ...he never touch ball of any sport ..his mantra is fake it....I am amused he make them Fool....SSB is tukka process.....
