One of the best interviewer . As far as the toughness is concerned it is required . It seems if one can go through this type of interview he can pass the others very easily.
See I think Shubham is answering in a very complex way, this leads IO to ask even more questions. Best thing is to answer simple and crisp.

Taxi driver asking ₹200 for 25 km when there's a transport strike seemed fishy in first place, there IO wanted to check the logical ability of the candidate (which he believes that he's good). That's why in the end IO mentioned that your logical thinking varies very much!
I gave a mock interview to sir. I have given many other mocks before but the grilling done was him was of another level. He gives you so many spontaneous questions that you can't fake it.
Even I was under pressure when you sir asked him about Arijit 😅

There is so much of pressure when you actually sit infront of the accessor and give PI. You really did well. It is not an easy job to share the PI with people for their benefit. Thankyou for this interview.

Learned many things for the upcoming SSB. It was awesome session. The question answer format was lucrative for the aspirants. Like the way you try to tackle the question related Arjits ego. Even i had one small duration question answer session with my sir who is Lieutenant Colonel. That time I was like 🤐. Means I gave up that time. He started asking ki agar ye nahi to, agar woh bhi loss huwa, agar koi nahi hai to kya karoge. Watching this interaction i have learned many things. At present there are 28 states. J and K was has divided into two UTs. At present there are 8 union territories with the merger of Daman and Diu, and Dadra and Nagar Haveli, the number of UT's have come down to eight. One mistake that is unnecessary hand movements you will have to work on it. Like the way you kept smiling throughout the interview. It shows that you are not under pressure.👍👍🙌🙌 Thank you. 😊😊🙏🙏

Interviewers are not particular about these small points, they are just trying to know about you and your personality and your potential to be an officer
But why can't I use above sentences during my interview. Any valid reason for that?
There's no reason to be this conscious during the interview that you are second guessing everything you say...just being real and being honest is what they need...of course you should have good communication skills but there's no need to filter everything you want to say...if you have it in you..then they'll definitely select you...but if you are faking something then they catch immediately. They are not there to criticize you..they just want to know your real personality.

Breakfast my first question in ssb and I l mistakenly lied but managed to match up. I was recommended though.
Io: so aditya welcome hope you had breakfast.
Me: yes Sir
Io: what did you had
Me : sir, I had bread butter and jam with boiled egg.
Io : why so less?
Me: sir I kept my breakfast light so that I remain active through my psych test.
Just to give gist I missed my breakfast as I went for a jog. After some talk I came to know it was puri bhaji that day. I answered bread butter and egg as it was common for last 2 days.
Result: recommended, but medical out.

Overall, you have a very impressive personality. You will definitely get recommended and only suggestion is enhance yourself whatever sir told.
Well I am not a assessor to assess you, but let me first start by saying it takes courage to get interviewed beforehand by someone who is what the assessor might be at ssb. Most people shy away from taking such feedbacks. On top of that you have the courage to share your performance in front of all of us is surely something amazing. The mistakes you performed are quite minor and can be taken care of easily (but do improve upon them ). Great channel. Really gives us an insight into the process, mind of the assessor (which is a bit of reverse engineering in itself, something we engineers are familiar with ). Hope to serve with you in frontline in the coming days !!
This video has really gave a deep idea about my personality traits.
I tried to answer the questions along the video and found out that I need a lot of introspection before appearing for any interview.

Good Shubham , I really appreciate that you provided all of us a opportunity to go through a real time interview. Here are my suggestions(I will not include the one already mentioned by IO sir) :-
1. Understanding the hints. There were instances when IO sir was offering a hint by reemphasizing on facts. Like 200INR example..
2. Think wider. I felt some answers could have been given on wider perceptive . Like culture vs Infrastructure.
I would still say what have done takes courage. Once again all the best. You are doing a good job..

Bhai aap please isse dekh kr bura mat mannana ,aapne hi bola, so maine genuinely jo dekha samjha uss hisaab se review de raha hu, aur mai khud aapke videos dekhta hu
1) Bit of loose confidence when put under pressure by cross questions(example-arijit and Design question complexity in 6 days)
2) lack of knowledge in your own stream, aap vo baat bhi bol rahe ho jiske baare mai aapko proper knowledge ni tha toh fir aap bol hi kyu rahe ho(ex- you are talking about lean manufacturing and as interviewer ask you"what is principles of lean manufacturing" ,you were like blank..?)
3) very verbose (ak incident k liye poori kahani bata rahe ho)
4)kuch questions ke answers aapko pata the par aapne uss questions ko ussi time batane ke bajaye thoda sa fake kra ki aap soch k jawab de rahe ho jabki aap ussi waqt jawab de skte the.
5) Less retention of the questions which asked at a single time staring from 10th to your graduation
6)there should be a smile thats good ,but you were literally laughing like you were talking to your friend in interview
7) the start of interview is very very brilliant.
8) nicely presented yourself.
9)you hold Youself till your last question means kahi bhi giving up attitude nahi dikha ,you were trying and thats very good.
10) genuinely jiska answer pata tha bataya jinka nahi pata nicely mana kr diya.
Toh at the last , in my observation, as you have mentioned how to give you score out of...

He was right many times you forgot the actual question and started answering something else but overall a good performance.
As he is a repeater so sir try to put more and more pressure on him by putiing him into a new new situation but the way he hadle all the things and situation really impress me and if I am a IO then I definitely give him a passing marks. The way he comes out of the situation Shows thats he has officer like quality.
Bhai interview was good but the problems he pointed out were legitimate
That's great. And very helpful and at the last he said a every diamond do not fit into every Garland. But SSB is that Garland which helps the Diamond to know the value of self and over come its flaws... extremely helpful and i am very much Delighted...

Sir I am a student....and your interview was quite interesting... There were some phase where u get nervous... But the two points of your I dn like..... 1. Arjit situation 2. Your frndz situation
Sir talking about arjit situation , the way u said we will make prototype and u have less tym even there.... While even in making protype some money is even used.... Ist OF all u being the head of 3 juniors... U got a project u asked them to gave ideas.... This was good one.. OK but arjit came up with good ideas u know well and u know too that this was complex... Why u entertained him? U should straight forwardly say no u were boss there..... There are some situations in which u can't entertain others by wasting your tym. But yah u can put up some of his ideas there.... Like wise talking about efficiency of steam power plant it can't be 100% not even 80% so why to go with a person who is saying it will be 90%...i hope u get my point
2nd about your frnd... Ask him tell about reason why is he calling u there.. If he can't able to speak up say no clear cut or ask him I will help u only from here or ask him I will send my frnd tell him your problem on behalf of u...... I think after one day was your interview... If your flight will delay... What u can do then... YOUR one chance is lost..... Stop being available to everyone... And in this situation u were imagining and in imagination everything is possible ... I think I am talking rude but I think I am ryt here...

I know helping others is good but u can also send your known to there.... And all work can be done... U can't be present on two places side by side.... I hope u get my point...... If your frnd lives in your city then itz good but in another state... I dn think so Itz good to pack your bag and go there..... What if u can't reach there on tym (your frndz place)? What if he was joking as he decided to have reunion with frndz..... Surprisingly...... There are so many consequences.....
Let's take an example your so called frnd ask u too slap a person... Will u do that? I think itz no..... Without knowing the reason...... This is the same case..... If I am in your place and interview ask me this ques or this was happening in real.... Will clear cut say no..... Until unless I found the reason valid and satisfying.....

Sita a lady was returning to her homeland after getting holiday. On a public place a person tried to snatch her chain. As she had done course of self defence in close combat she protected herself she shouted people gathered she captured him and handed him over to police. After that she continued her journey
Once i spoken 24 in hindi at that time i noticed 3 officers were looking at me and than i without watching them continued story..
Others made stories on social service and when they were narrating none of officer even looked at them .(there heads were down).all of us are screened out..2 are screened in..one who screened in made on gifting jewellery, and another on social service...few also opened factories
Please tell where i was wrong, even i tried to convince them in gd , when i failed to do so i told that guy who made story on jewlery looks positive and more relevant.and i also suggested him to speak and reach consensus
He has also interviewed me .. and it was an amazing interview.

Ok, as sir said... IF ANY TAXI DRIVER CHARGING just Rs.200 for 25km distance and that's even during taxi strike?, you must think and use your logic, why he is doing so, although he should charge more!!!!
But, if any candidate points it out during interview and says that why he is doing so...or... It may be risky for me..or..the taxi driver may have some wrong intension....
Then these can be part of a negative answer and how can any body says so directly or guess Directly.
Io is right. His confidence is through the roof. He goes overboard in explaining his answer. He could've simply said that sir, due to arm wrestling sport I was not able to pay attention. Io asked, you don't look like an arm wrestler. The ideal answer was - sir I didn't do appropriate exercises or neither did I maintain the diet required to sustain muscles. Overtime, I did get slim.
But instead of this he's like are sir you should've seen me 3 years back I had 14 or 15 inch biceps bla bla. He didn't ask your arm size! Just answer what he asks.
Good interview though, now I know why this dude isn't recommended. But still as IO said everyone is a diamond, maybe he'll guide others to introspect and clear ssb
