I have a query can u please help me
I got my braces removed after 2.5 years from a doctor but due to some reason i moved to other city and they suggested me to prefer hawley retainer over the transparent retainer
And he gave me hawley retainer 2 days ago and this retainer is causing me problem in speaking and i can't even close my lips and my teeth feels a lot pressure .....my age is 18 years
So is this retainer ok or should i get transparent plastic retainer
