i would say, hwb would be much harder to break than normal simple domain, the drawbacks of hwb is basically infinite void effect, for normal simple domain, you can move and use techniques, though it does allow you to move its also lighter, being weaker and taking much less hits to break. (hwb: maybe 2-3 m1 combo/ normal simple 1-1.5 m1 combo)
Anime wise simple domain is your defense and hwb is your counter. You can basically fight with hwb like how Sukuna did but simple domain means you need to stay still because if you move then you shut it down
Idea for HWB 1. To activate, the user must press T while the opponent is making their handsign 2. After successfully completing step 1, you will have to press the on-screen chain of four buttons correctly within 2 seconds. 3. If the user fails step 2 or is attacked by the domain caster before completing it, HWB will fail to activate and be disabled for the rest of the domain's duration. 4. If the user succeeds, they will be protected from the effects of the domain but will only be able to attack with m1s and Q (they will attack using strikes from the shoulder/elbow) which also deals reduced damage, during its duration. 5. HWB can be broken prematurely if it suffers sufficient damage from attacks not from the domain. 6. In the case of Hakari's domain, the HWB user will take no damage from attacks that advance jackpot progress, but those attacks will still apply effects like hitstun and ragdoll.

this minus number 6, hakari doesnt need anymore nerfs to his domain, also most of hakaris moves advance jackpot progress, so youd just be unkillable
