I highly recommend that once you've finalized the layout of your peg board wall, outline the tools so that when a tool is missing it is very obvious. Is a true game changer for organization, you feel like your holding yourself accountable for that missing tool every time you see an empty outline.
I am a free spirit and my tool shed reflects it. Needless to say it has always been difficult to find what I need for gardening. My husband who is VERY organized in his tool shop helped me sort out my shed. The tools now hang on labeled hooks and that helps tremendously. I know exactly where they go and because it is an 8 X 10’ with 2 windows and one wall with shelves, wall space is limited so they hang in the most compact array. It’s made it very easy to put my tools away as soon as I am finished with them.

Dropping in to say that I was so impressed with this shed build that my husband and I went last weekend to our local Tuff Shed location and ordered a new shed to replace our old, falling down shed. We start cleaning out the old shed and demolishing this weekend. Thanks for the inspiration, and for pointing up to such a great company.

When I got my first car, my mom put an angel in it for protection. I moved it to each future car I had & I've never been in an accident!! She protects me. My daughter just started driving and I put one in her car immediately!

That's a Home Depot partner. I got an 8x10 built a few years ago with 1 skylight. I added a small motion solar light to the rafter under the solar light so now I have automatic light at night. Mine is also hurricane rated (strapped down). The previous rotomolded plastic one blew away in a hurricane. I love it.
ugh your shed is in so much better shape than mine! I wonder if you live near me, every one of my neighbors have the exact same shed too, I think they were built with the house. I'm in Spring Valley, have the exact same shed/same dimensions. House build 1940. Mine is on dirt though so the wooden floorboard is caving in! New shed in my future too.

We recently had a 10x20 tuff shed installed. It’s a light green color and I love it so much. Majority of the space will be husbands woodworking stuff and tools but I’ve been granted some space for my garden tools. I love the peg board idea and I’m looking to do something similar.

We have red back spiders here in australia. Its a form of widow. You would know all about it if you got bitten.. i wouldnt have even opened those doors without solid gloves on. Sheds are where they live, also in old pots.
