My problem is that i have dypshonia caused by my autoimmune disease & trauma and anxiety. Its like i cant get rid of the tension at all. And my Larynx is just all over the place
@@KClayMusic Yess I did. I had around 30 sessions with my speech therapist I believe to rehabilitate because I had vocal nods. But sometimes I feel like it's still not working. Whether that's because of my autoimmune disease of me overthinking idk. But my Doctor said that I had more than enough sessions and kinda sent me away to figure it all out on my own. I even looked up for vocal coaches online but I live in a small city and can't afford to drive an hour every week. Mainly because I just started theory lessons for my driver's license. And I can't really take online lessons as well, because if I get loud my neighbors will complain again. Idk dude it feels like everything I ever wanted, which is just singing, is getting taken away from me. I'm too afraid and self conscious to even breathe without tensing up whenever I'm aware of it. It's like it's not meant for me and that thought alone makes me wanna cry and drop dead, as extreme as that sounds.
