Just started watching your channel. I recently inherited my Dad's 69 F 100 short bed. He bought it 22 years ago in Las Vegas and drove it back to Ohio. It originally had a 302 in it so he bought an old foxbody GT and got the engine and AOD trans and installed it in the truck with the fuel injection. 20 years later it still runs good. He's put almost 90k miles since the restore. It's been sitting a lot the past few years as he wasnt able to do much to it so I'm in the process of getting some maintenance done and a few things fixed. Still catching up on your build so looking forward to seeing what you have planned!
I love trucks with a history! This truck had a picture of the original owner in the glove box, with the original title. Pretty cool. He was a handyman out of Kentucky and bought it new until it was brought up here to indiana! Thanks for watching!
Mmmmmm I am looking forward to your F100 Build! I Love them and Have them! Thinking about an F100 build also. Have F250s and Love them just the way they are. However a 100 sport truck would be a nice Toy! Thanks for the videos you make on the project
I'm in the same spot. Got a '68 Ford F-100 and trying to figure out the tire/wheel scene. I also want to stagger the rear, and might even go to 10" with some deep offsets. So difficult! I'll keep watching to see what you do. I'm likewise tired of looking at tires/wheels!
If you want to retain the stockish look of the factory guage cluster of the 67 f100 but that will work with the crown Vic 4.6 electrical ignition and speedometer and tach look at the Dakota digital vhx, and rhx i believe is the new version anyway you might want to look into that and im just guessing you are going to want rear disc brakes for the ford 100, and since you're already having rear end issues not that you can't fix the Ford 9 inch because you definitely can, but you can also pull a 94-01 8.8 ford explorer rear end which usually has rear disc brakes on them,
I'm in the middle of ordering a bunch of parts for it now! Going to get everything I need up front, so I'm ready to start taking on the build! I'd estimate another video on it, in the next couple weeks!
Jake, jake, jake , noooooo man you have two many projects that are half finished, this is a slippery slope that leads to one more unfinished project and pissed off customers . You can drive a very reliable stock Ford truck.People have be doing it for years …..focus on the 4 cars you have in the shop . Fact there is no such things as a quick engine, suspension brake fuel injection conversion. It not to late to save yourself 😮😮😮😮😮

Heritage bullit edition American racing torq thrust magnum wheels like came out on the 2005-2010 mustang would look sick on that truck
