It's actually an old department 56 piece called the "village animated track." If you do find one online just keep in mind that the track belt gets notoriously brittle with age and so many of the ones on the secondary market like ebay don't work because the belt has snapped. That being said, we remedied this by finding a busted one online at ebay for super cheap and then purchasing a replacement belt from Happy Holidays Parts. Good Luck!
