Solid!!! Would be awesome if you covered the nomeclature of stuff between this video and the first one. Some of the terms eg. namespaces, pods, are flying over my head
Thanks Marcel - any videos on best tools to use for storing centralised logs and also general APM metrics for your kubernetes pods would be really useful
Hi Marcel. Great video. Could you please make a video regarding installation of kubenswin/kubectxwin in windows in order to be able to switch between contexts and their namespaces without having to specify the namespace explicitly when making use of kubectl command. I've tried to install them in several ways, but I've always received incompatibility error messages on Windows 10 home edition. Thanks a lot. Zalan from Germany

Hey I have a request that you use kube config command but I not able to understand how I can do that as I have Linux on one machine and windows on another and both have there config file and have cluster how I can use one cluster for production and one for staging please explain
For beginners I highly recommend to split the configs for development and production. Beginners often don't keep track of switching contexts and end up accidentally impacting production workloads. If you want to keep it in the same config, simply use contexts switching.. "kubectl config get-contexts" to list them "kubectl config use-context " to switch to a context (cluster)

But for an example I have kubernates cluster deployed on gke but I want to use that config file on my laptop to switch the cluster how can I do that
