I had him for this course. His exams were brutal. He fails 75% of his students every quarter. I put 30-40 hours per week of practice and study into this course alone to earn a B+. I was one of 12 students out of 50 that took the final exam, the rest were mathematically incapable of passing the class by that point. However, he remains the single most effective lecturer to ever instruct me, and I am overjoyed that his course was recorded to instruct whoever is willing to learn.

Thank you for these amazing lectures. I learn basically everything from your playlist. Most of my Professors in Mechanical Engineering read slides. Can you please upload ME325 ( Machine Design). You have no idea how many students you guys are helping with these tutorials. Thanks

He forgot his shear due to pulley loading Tau = V/A_shaft also. So there's bending normal stress, torsional shear stress, and shear stress supporting vertical load and each is normal to others.
