Ingredients:
4 Eggs
A pinch of Salt
100 g Sugar (about 1/2 cup)
1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
150 ml Vegetable Oil (about 2/3 cup)
200 ml Milk (slightly less than 1 cup)
300 g Flour (about 2 1/2 cups)
15 g Baking Powder (about 1 tbsp)
Bundt cake pan
21 cm in diameter (about 8.3 inches)
3 tbsp Caramel or Dulce de Leche
Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes at 180°C (356°F) and test it with a toothpick.If it comes out without any batter or crumbs sticking to it, the cake is done baking. If there are still wet batter or crumbs on the toothpick, the cake needs more time in the oven.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
