I went to animal kingdom for spring break, it was so fun! I suggest The River rapids, Dinosaur, Everest and the avatar ride, ik it’s a long wait but it’s worth it!
It’s one of my fav parks with Epcot I spent all day there in 2019 and didn’t do the petting zoo area or little dinosaur ride but did a lot of fun stuff
The first time I did tough to be a big I was small, and didn’t really sit all the way back, so I didn’t get the bee sting, last time I was there I made sure to lean forward a bit for that part(not a fan of bees, I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been stung)

I know Pandora is still new but it still feels like Animal Kingdom is a half day park. Hopefully expansions and new attractions are on the way in a couple of years, I'd be down! And I'll be honest, I bet that I can beat your guy's record!
It's seems very difficult to record Expedition Everest as the ride is very intense! I would use and screen record someone's best video while giving them video credit if I want a video of the ride.
