Most importantly, you could mention that TN visa is a single intent visa unlike H1-B which is a dual intent visa that allows applications to Green Card once certain eligibility criterias are met after 6 years. Although the employer has to sponsor and it is also very much complicated. But TN visa doesn't allow permanent migration. You have to switch over to H1B or EB-5 or some other visa. However, I love TN visa given its certainty and the kind of freedom it allows for the family to be brought in the US. Your Canadian citizen spouse can live and study in the US, kids can go to the school too. If the spouse wants to work, he/she has to apply for their own TN visa and can work. On the other hand, if you are on E-2 visa, the spouse directly becomes eligible to work as an E-2 dependent without a dedicated visa for their self.
I dropped this idea from my mind about once I considered gun laws and shootings in school. Canada may not be as wealthy as The US but i know that my child will come back home from school everyday.
i was on H11b visa for 3 years but decided to move to Canada..living on an H1B is not healthy guys..its basically closed work permit and if you lose your job you have literally 60 days to leave the country or else you are illegal..owning a house is also out of the question if you are on H1B because banks hesitate to give you a mortgage..and most importantly the employer will basically treat you like a personal slave since they know your circumstance..not worth living in such stressful environment all the time..
Hi please make a detailed video on E2 visa for self employed Canadians want to buy a grocery, gas station, motel or a fast food franchise in the US. Thanks
Shinatshu bro, I remember you are also in IT industry, So I would recommended and request that it would be great if you make videos on moving to US options for people in IT domain especially which makes it more focused towards our industry expertise . Thanks in advance.
Great video as always brother. One question, If I am on a TN visa and I want to call my spouse from Canada, how can I do that? She needs to be a Canadian Citizen as well?

But gun right are important and Right to defend yourself is also important
@@bhavyapanchalnot at the cost of your child
Criminals already have guns here in Canada. Sadly Childrens are never safe anywhere😢
@@Canmallu still teenagers don’t go around shooting in Schools here.
@@bhavyapanchal I don’t think guns should be as mainstream and accessible as they are in The US. People defend in other countries too.

Which visa can give us an opportunity to apply for a green card?
And after how many years?
Only H1B or L1
Depends on country of birth if born in India forget employment based green card in EB2 and 3 category
I believe no more H1b
What about E2NIW visa?
I have Canadian passport. Will it help?
