If you're having the same problem with the sound being garbled, too low or nonexistent I found listening using headphones or a secondary speaker made the sound where it can be clearly heard. I don't know why or how it works, but that's what I do for most of these ones this person uploaded.

When the countess went outside the house she commented to someone that she used to look at the stars and then she said "look, there is Andromeda". She didn't learn very well about the night sky; Andromeda is a galaxy and not a star!
