Agree. My daughter is 19 and a very good girl. I told her, if you get pulled over, or I can’t imagine, arrested, I told her remain calm. Be respectful. We will come and work it out. These people have no fear or respect for the police even when they are in a felony traffic stop.

The mother arrested for battery on an officer, that was straight abuse of power. He shouldve given her a ticket like a decent cop, and let her be on her way. She had a child in her car she was concerned about and if she had ignored her child, apparently one who may be be epileptic, which she did say to the officer that her child had a fever and didnt want her to have a seizure. I think this cop would have given her a charge of child endangerment, if she had ignored it and the child ended up siezing. This cop charging her witth battery for accidentally touching his hand, sounds like a huge baby and is a spooky one to have on the road protecting anyone! He seems to write tickets bcz "mommy, that girl tapped my skin on accident and i dont like her. Mske her go away"!! Yes, thats what he sounds like. I saw this before and I saw the whole instance, she was guilty of aggressive and dangerous driving, someone called the cops and they have to investigate. Touching an office is unfortunately called assault, deliberate or accidental., don't make gestures, stay calm and away from the officer. It may seem an overreaction to some, but imagine how often officers are dealing with tricksters, sometimes deadly tricksters. They don't come with a warning on their forehead, everything the cops do is to stay safe. Respect that.

I don’t think she lied. If the child was running a 101-102 fever and all other vitals were fine, they’d still medically clear her. For all we know, the child (or one of her siblings) has a history of febrile seizures, which would make the mom overly anxious about them. It’s really not uncommon in young children & babies.
I have a feeling that this officer is biased due to race, which is a disgusting thought & not a conclusion that I typically draw. It’s just that he seemed rude & dismissive from the start, & then just kept escalating until he came up with “bat LEO” out of right field. It’s like he was looking for something to arrest her for.

Some children and adults have feeding tubes and still eat by mouth. The tube is insure caloric intake when there is a situation where the person will not take in more calories by mouth. Also, some people can eat solids, but can only take in liquids through tube feeding due to swallowing issues that are way more than you want to know about.

They were testing a car that had dealer plates, and she was feeding her child nuggets, which the kid was throwing around everywhere, plus dropping the drink. I'm sure the dealer will be less than impressed when the car is returned.

Me too!! I’ve seen way too many of these videos. I have severe arthritis & nerve damage, so I’m screwed for the walking & balance portions. Plus, I occasionally have nystagmus, which was first noticed by my best friend (who’s a nurse) and by a doctor during an appointment… so I’m probably screwed when it comes to that portion too.😫

I had a situation where I pulled out in front of another vehicle and instantly the driver began pulling the typical aggressive bull to the point of distraction because I had the nerve to get in front of him and was driving the speed limit I ended up bumping my tire against the curb trying to keep an eye on the fool behind me, well when I exited the store I was ambushed by police because the a-hole called and reported that I was driving erratically of course omitting his own actions. I kept my temper in check even when the IPHONE circus and other assorted nuts and bolts arrived hoping to see someone getting horrified, cuffed, and stuffed into the back of a police vehicle. The officers were professional and polite. It didn’t take long for them to realize the call was not legitimate and sent me on my way

A reasonable number of kids who have feeding tubes can eat by mouth but aren't able to eat enough to get the amount of calories and nutrition required to gain weight and grow at the rate they need to for their health because of some medical condition. So that definitely could be the deal there.
On the other hand the kid didn't seem to eat the chicken nuggets, she was throwing them out of the car, the mom was high so who knows. I bet (hope) the grandparents take care of her most of the time.

The laws are so strict in the USA - I am so glad I grew up in the 70-90s my parents left us even as young as 3 years old run around the neighborhood without supervision and we knew when they called for dinner it was time to come home.

Yes, that's what gets to me. They can't act like a grown up for the children's sake? I have a couple of cousin's who acted like that. Especially when one grown up was in the front seat and got mad at her Sister who was in the back seat, with her 2 year old niece. They started fist fighting over water being spilt on the baby.
But didn't care enough about the baby to make sure their fists weren't hitting the child. 🤬
