My ex is a cop who lied to get custody of our only child after I raised her alone for nine years. It's nice to see a decent and compassionate retired cop. Thanks
Yeah cause everyone needed to know that
You were banging his friend. There’s 2 sides to every story Trina. He gave you everything
My wife and I were in a hotel room directly across the street from the shooting incident in Las Vegas. We arrived late and tired from the long drive through the desert or we would have attended the concert. We saw and heard everything from beginning to the end and in the days following. Before the shooting started, I remember thinking how packed the concert was in such a relatively small area. Our window was open to hear the music. Right after Jason Aldean started playing, we heard what we thought were fireworks going off. We watched as bullets struck the main stage and Jason and his band fled the stage without delay. It was then that I realized it was for real. Moments later we could hear screaming as the "fireworks" continued. People started exiting through the Arco gas station directly below us. Some were injured and I thought it was must be a gang war, what else could it be? The shots kept going with brief pauses between each group of shots. I remember thinking maybe its machine guns going off? It was dark and very chaotic to say the least. Meanwhile, crowds of people kept running and screaming below us, as the injured were being carried out. The police quickly showed up, as the firing continued for ~12-15 minutes with intermittent pauses, only to resume again. About two hours later, it was being reported on the local Vegas news that it was a lone gunman shooting from the Mandalay Bay Casino. I remember thinking there's no way a single gunman could get off so many shots, but he did. Later we found out how he did it. In the days that followed, I watched numerous FBI agents meticulously work the crime scene inch-by-inch, placing evidence markers and setting-up cameras or LASERS, as deceased victims were being removed. I saw Air Force One land a few days later. My wife and I were the first to set-up memorial balloons the following morning on the island across from Arco, and we were interviewed by numerous news reporters from around the world. The following morning, we even allowed a photographer from the NY Times to take pictures from our window. We adamantly refused compensation. The video clip you played during the podcast triggered the sights and sounds from that evening that are forever frozen in my memory. The kind you wish you could unsee and unhear, but can't. Now, I know what's it like to experience the real and unreal at the same time. This can't be happening, but it is. It is overwhelming to say the least. As a result, I had active shooter training and recommend it for everyone. It is you best chance of surviving an active shooter incident, which we now know can happen anytime and anywhere you happen to be. A very special thanks to law enforcement men and women.
I had just moved away from living in Vegas & when this happened my heart just sank because if I had still been living there, I would have been at that concert because it was my birthday weekend....the first thing my dad said was thank God you moved away because you would have been there & we just couldn't believe what had happened!!!
You can tell how much this guy loves his city. Amazing man
What you mean is he loves the paycheck he bilks from the city every month.
@@DW-ts5ki What do I mean? You can tell by the way he is talking...

Dont mean to be that guy but they didnt really stop anything tbh, big respect to this guy though
I looooooveeeee this man…… I miss live pd so bad 🥺
From Las Vegas Thank you 💯❤️
The officer statements and reports the LVMPD released do not match the body cam they released. We were lied to about a lot.
Elaborate

What a good dude
Lana Del Rey's ex?
Not much Help it did considering it’s the biggest mass shooting in American history.
And the guy shot himself
@@NC4E ok?
@@allison257 so that’s how it ended.
@@NC4E and?
@@allison257 Have your brain cells hold hands. Then you'll realize I am agreeing with you that the police weren't much help at all, since they weren't the even the ones that ended it either. Got it?
I love this man also Sticks so hot
Holy crap. We send military to train in Atlanta because there’s more shootings there than they would see in war? That’s insane. We got some major problems here.
protect and serve 💯👍
I also love this man :Sticks so hot!!
Support Vegas for what happened on 1 October, BUT GO PACK!
31:07 kinda weird how this guy says a bunch of “civilians” got awards for what they did and then names off a bunch of military personnel.. Pretty sure they would consider *you* the “civilian”
I wonder if he knows Sgt tk Jenkins. I think he's on swat now
I was there for the the whole then. I saw everything but saw nothing.
I saw an article where the FBI said it was a terrorist cell and the terrorist planted it on that man, but they didn’t want the public to know. I don’t know why that would need to be kept secret 🤔 But I learned a lot from this cop, thank you to all first responders
American conservatives are sick in the head. They don’t need a conspiracy to do what they do.
LANAS EX
“Just a guy from Mesquite NV”, seems legit
We all know that the cover-up happened and this is just more of it.
more than one shooter btw
He was able to break those windows... But couldn't figure out how to shoot througg those doors? Come on.
I just see lana del rey’s ex boyfriend lol
14:00 Drug dealers and prostitutes are NOT trying to victimize ANYONE.
I know I live in a different country and all that but victimize ?
Can any of my American friends explain?
Drug dealers are considered scourges to the anti drug community, getting kids hooked on poison. But he was just talking generally about the shady crime that surrounds tourists in Vegas
