Why don't meditators know about the basic lesson of lighting up themselves and eating every day? Narrow strips of connection between energy and divine states will not be maintained outside of peak meditation. A guaranteed increase in frequency vibration means a lot of stages of understanding and practicing the tests, and there are no such lessons here.. why?! 😮 Limited mind.
