Hello Chaitanya. For neoprene, you can just use the regular point needle. I don't know which model of machine you have but most walking foot machines like this one use the 135x17 needle system with a regular point needle. If you were sewing some thick leather you can switch to diamond point, but for neoprene, 135x17 size 21 will be just fine (Schmetz, Groz Beckert, Organ brand). We used Tex 70 bonded nylon in this video if I remember correctly.
