I like the cottage and add-i-cottage idea. Putting the rooflines together will make the addition to your home look seamless and you won't be able to tell you have an add on. Hey you guys! Could you do a video just showing the deals through Labor Day? I have a friend who needs a house that hasn't followed all your videos. It would be great to have one video that shows each one and gives prices. Thanks! You guys rock!😘
Yes, I agree. These prices, if you add together the tiny home and key money, reach a niche market of people who are not bare bones poor and have a little money saved and a little above average sized retirement income, a decent credit rating, and room in the budget for payments or in the alternative a house and property to sell to finance the ITH community home and lot. These homes in the community would not be affordable for people on the lower social security payment scale, those who have lowest of the low income, or the homeless who likely have no source of income or only the lowest source. These homes will not solve the homeless crisis unless Governments purchase large amounts of them and put them on land owned by the Government.

questions: can a cottage be attached to an incredibox? what are the dimensions for a cottage? is there an incredibox that is 10' X 20? I love the bay window and the solar options. You give us so many options in every video that my head is scrambled w/ numbers! I know I need additional space for my hobbies....sewing, etc. Newer panels, Have been watching for a long time! Great to see your progress!
You could attach them with a little breezeway or a deck between them. Take 1/4" graph paper and do some sketches, or even make little models to help you visualize.
There is an Add-a-Cottage to go with the Cottage roofline - it's 10'x20'. There is an 8'x16' Add-a-Box and an 8'x20' Add-a-Box to go with the Incrediboxes.
Can stairs to the front door be purchased Pre Fab, or do they cone with? How hard is it to tie in the electrical and plumbing and sewer to an adjacent home’s infrastructure?
It was a LONG video .... But I personally ENJOYED every minute of it !!!!! You both are a GREAT team, a GREAT pair , ..... "Thank you" for sharing so much of your lives, with us folks ...... And may you both LIVE, healthy, long lives !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a scary story for your son! There are so many people living that way now including a lot of young women. It always scares my momma heart to see their videos of sleeping in various parking lots at night. I guess a lot of stores allow it so it’s not illegal but that still doesn’t make it safe. That’s why I have always loved your hearts in how you are doing homes so affordable for people.
Are you no longer offering ITH financing? I came to ITH 6 weeks ago. I met with Tim and applied at that time and haven’t received an approval or denial. Thanks 🙂
Being extremely serious here. Anyone that has a home at one of your tiny home villages is unbelievably blessed. There are no other affordable homes. They should be counting their blessings. I am in a great situation at this time, however, if something happened to ruin my situation, I would be praying I could afford to buy one of your tiny homes and be blessed enough to stay at one of your properties. Thank you for being so amazing.
Correction, some places are legal to sleep in ur car. But staying in Walmart now is not safe because folks know people park there & it's an easy target. It was not wize of ur son to stay in the back of his truck without a way for him to be able to jump into the front seat. I'm glad ur son is ok & they were not able to steal his truck. 🙏🏽

@@anonymous-ir3tf I’m planning to put a dwarf 4K in my home. The list price you have there is correct but when I finished the order with all the additional parts needed for the full install (including attached heat shield), it came to $2,500.
@@anonymous-ir3tf My cost includes includes add ons like the under stove wood box and stove and pipe heat shields. And it’s the one size bigger stove. Yeah, all the little extra parts do add up. I have a lot of wood stove experience and heated my home with wood all winter but I don’t feel confident to install it totally myself. I’ll do all the outside curing myself and leave it to a wood stove professional for the stove pipe installation. It’s something that, if not done properly, could lead to a serious disaster. Although a lot of people do install their own, personally, I think the installation is best left to someone that specializes in it.
Now hang on a minute....I visited a few years back ..brought cookies for the guys .. blueberries and whip cream for Randy ( which he used as " night cream" doing the fire escape video in his underwear,,, which was hysterical.... ALSO. .I bought him a large inflatable rubber duck for the pond. I have been waiting for the time to see him use this duck in the pond . Would be an awesome Duck Rodeo on the pond!!! So what does the $10,000 buy you just to live there you do not own the property and then pay $300 a year to lease the lot? What does the $10,000 go towards? And then you have to buy the add a box? Can someone explain the whole thing to me?
Hi Randy & Amanda! Are you coming to this Venue in Roseville, CA? The Tri-County Home & Garden Show & Tiny House Expo! - August 18, 19, or 20 It would be Awesome to see you there!
The county that has all these communities in (there not stupid) because the company has them listed as RV's(not mobile homes, way different set of rules)many states especially in the mid section of the country, this used to be called "a horse tax" in old days. Your horses, buggies ect were taxes.🙀
Again, I applaud you both. Thank you for doing what you are doing. Side note: Amanda, where can I get one of those shoulder bags??? LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. GOD BLESS YOU BOTH!🙏💛🙏
How dare people call you and your community "white trash". Thank you for all your hard work and what you are doing for all of us. You both are definitely Not "white trash". Doesn't even make sense. From Upper Peninsula, Michigan... Blessings. Jacqueline 😊
My opinion about this "buy in" thing...why should I have to pay for someone else's infrastructure? That's Randys risk as him being the developer. He gets his investment back when he collects the rent. So it's his job to get the lots rented as soon as possible. That means he has to finish all his "projects" quick....or he loses money on his investment.😁
@@elenab6297 then what Randy needs to do is have these communities ready before the public can buy them and have them set up already with different models (depending on the community and price) high end units at some and lower end at others, and have the "key" money already built into the price or they just pay small refundable deposit.
If you are getting a lot you are actually paying ti have your lot developed. If you were to buy land on your own, and pay to have sewer, water, electric, what would you be paying? Pretty sure yiu cant do that for the buy in fee.
What was the name of the stove - fire place and how much is it? Please and thank you the cottage looks awesome thank you all for all you hard work ! God bless you all there .

questions: can a cottage be attached to an incredibox? what are the dimensions for a cottage? is there an incredibox that is 10' X 20? I love the bay window and the solar options. You give us so many options in every video that my head is scrambled w/ numbers! I know I need additional space for my hobbies....sewing, etc. Newer panels, Have been watching for a long time! Great to see your progress!
No the incredibox cannot be connected to a cottage.
Y’all are family. You’re both very sensitive. Like siblings. Reminds me of my older brother.
You both crack us up…😅 can’t buy yet have to wait 2 years more so excited for the future🤙
Squirrel away your extra money for the move; it'll be here before you know it! Retirement is such a great time.
Are you no longer offering ITH financing? I came to ITH 6 weeks ago. I met with Tim and applied at that time and haven’t received an approval or denial. Thanks 🙂
@@american_woman It was not my intent to be negative, or reflect poorly on the company. It was just an inquiry because I know how busy they are.
“The Dollmaker” 1984 Jane Fonda movie Randy was talking about.
Can I get details on Buffalo creek? I’ve paid for my tiny and I’m trying to figure out where I want to put it. Thank you.
Love the cottage, it's my favorite. Isn't the mini split heat and air.
Yes.
Yall are such a HOOT 😂😂
The song’s lyrics is “ God bless you please Mrs Robinson heaven holds a place for those who pray hey hey hey….😂
You two need a Podcast each day thru the week and have discussions on everything going on in the world. Bring up you Incredible Tiny homes as well. You two would be celebrates on The Podcast.
Cubic Mini stoves are what most tiny homes are using.
What ITH is selling is a different brand. With some models of these stoves you can even cook on them.
@@anonymous-ir3tf They’re not that hard to install.
I love watching your videos. ❤
We need to bubble wrap Randy. ❤
Hot Flashes - Personal Power Surges. There's no surge protector for those.
Any update on partnership with Lowes?
Now hang on a minute....I visited a few years back ..brought cookies for the guys .. blueberries and whip cream for Randy ( which he used as " night cream" doing the fire escape video in his underwear,,, which was hysterical.... ALSO. .I bought him a large inflatable rubber duck for the pond. I have been waiting for the time to see him use this duck in the pond . Would be an awesome Duck Rodeo on the pond!!! Please find that and use it.
I want to see the rubber duckie too!!
- August 18, 19, or 20
It would be Awesome to see you there!
The county that has all these communities in (there not stupid) because the company has them listed as RV's(not mobile homes, way different set of rules)many states especially in the mid section of the country, this used to be called "a horse tax" in old days. Your horses, buggies ect were taxes.🙀
A Schnauzer momma! I'm a Schnauzer momma {for life}.
Again, I applaud you both. Thank you for doing what you are doing.
Side note: Amanda, where can I get one of those shoulder bags??? LOVE LOVE LOVE IT.
GOD BLESS YOU BOTH!🙏💛🙏
Hey Randy you went R&B 🎉❤ 😂 love you too much 😂
Randy and Amanda need to rent a room.....
First video here, what state, city or town are u in .?? Thank you
Can I send a 20% deposit to hold the price $10,000 buyin? Buyin sound like you are buying the property. Should be entry fee, or some other term.
Love the forest community.
It was wrong when I got up 😆
How dare people call you and your community "white trash".
Well how else are they going to get money for more infrastructure unless they charge the next person the same amount of 'key' money?
@@mamanova66 the term "key" money is often used by investors...
Guys, the bottom line is, it’s a business and the prices continue to rise.
Mercy….I’m awake now…lol please keep your day job! Lol
LOVE that wood stove! Canadian here lol
How heavy is the standard RJO? What's the weight with the minisplit and bay window?
It's the Golden Rule Mark 7:12 treat others the way you want to be treated
So I understand your fee to get a lot, so does that mean if u travel to different tiny house communities u have to pay a fee everywhere u move?
Every tiny home community and every RV campground has their own price structure. Ask them.
What was the name of the stove - fire place and how much is it? Please and thank you the cottage looks awesome thank you all for all you hard work ! God bless you all there .
