      In life there are always examples of spiritually advanced individuals who are placed here for us to follow and to learn and draw inspiration and wisdom from. Oftentimes these are people who will only be known to the select few who are personally affected by them. In other instances we are blessed to have exposure to such a person at the global level. To me, Ali was the best example from my lifetime of this.
      cgab12, I couldn’t agree with you more-he truly was amazing!

    • @haka8702

      He had an IQ of 78 at the age of 19 and certainly lower after his boxing. He was not wise, he was just a very good boxer.
      His intelligence was even too low to enter the military during war times, they didn't believe they could teach him the skills required in a battlefield.

    • @shazmaster
      @shazmaster 3 года назад +2

      I think after all these years studying this man and analyzing his videos here's my opinion. IF he wasn't tired or jet lagged (which heavily affect cognitive skills) he sounded pretty good. He was alert, wide eyed (as you see here) and almost couldn't tell something was wrong. He wouldn't trip up over his words and were more enunciated. However, anything else other than that and you'll start to see through the cracks. George Foreman said it, you want to talk to Ali? You talk to him when he wakes up or bright and early, because thats when he sounds clearest. Problem was, this guy was a warrior, he was always travelling always tired always on the go lol. But hey thats just me and I could be completely wrong. But look at the timeline before or after these interviews and you'll see.

    • @heavymeddle28
      @heavymeddle28 3 года назад +1

      @@shazmaster but I don't think you're wrong. The man was a warrior. One side note that "Hallbjet", a Muhammad Ali short video maker, managed to dig up was that Alis speech slowed 27 or 29% after the Shavers fight. It slowly came back but Idk... Must have left permanent marks. And this video was 1981?!. Right? So maybe he'd been resting and was ok

    @ 20:20 Ali says "all religions are the same basically" which couldn't be further from the truth. This is something I used to think as well & even say to people. The more I studied the religions, the more unique Christianity began to appear from the rest. I not only learned that Islam & Christianity weren't alike, I found they are complete polar opposites in almost every way. To this day I wish I could have sat & talked religion & theology with Ali just once

      Mate religions started preety much all wars 👎

    • @davudmoghbel3174
      @davudmoghbel3174 2 года назад

      @@Stolencamaro That's not true. Statisticly, many many many more deaths occurred under atheist regimes than all of the religious ones combined but that's beside the point. We're in agreement on religion being responsible for far to many wars & death. The difference though in wars started specifically "in the name of Islam" as opposed to "Christianity" is that in Islam, fighting against unbelievers is actually COMMANDED, something the majority of muslims luckily don't even know. They're commanded to fight nonbelievers (Surat 9:29), so war is in line with what the religion tells them to do. Wars started "in the name of Christianity" on the other hand is a complete contradiction, as Jesus' final marching orders were "love your neighbor as yourself & turn the other cheek". Turning the other cheek & going to war are in complete opposition of one another, so "Christians" who decide to go to war are going AGAINST what their commanded to do, whereas Muslims going to war in the name of Allah/Islam, are simply doing what's commanded them to do.

      How they r opposites every religion forbids evil and allows good basically gambling prostitution adultury killing basically every religion doesn't tolerate that that's y the men in each religion jesus moses Krishna buddha Muhammad All preached good things which God told them to follow

    • @davudmoghbel3174
      @davudmoghbel3174 2 года назад

      @@KD400_ Not true, that's what we're led to believe, bc we all have a conscience & know right from wrong basically. But religions are based off of the writings that make up that religion. For Christianity, it's all about Jesus & what Jesus said (The New Testament/Bible). For Islam it's all about what Muhammad says Allah says (the Quran). You can boil down each of these books to one or 2 basic verses & command. Jesus' marching orders were "Love you enemy & your neighbor as yourself; turn the other cheek". Muhammad's final marching order is Surat 9:29 "Fight those who don't believe in Allah & Muhammad as his messenger". That's at the heart of those books, those are their final marching orders, COMMANDS. They're like night & day, complete opposites. One says love your neighbor, the other says to fight your neighbor, literally. Ali didn't know this. I grew up in Islam, I didn't know this. Nor do the majority of my family. Most muslims don't, bc they never read or studied what the Quran actually says. Those that actually HAVE studied it, either get out of Islam OR become like ISIS. There's really no other choice.
