    Welcome to my kitchen! Today, I’m excited to share my version of Afghani Pulao, also known as Kabuli Pulao. This dish is packed with flavour and perfect for any occasion. It's quick, easy, and incredibly delicious. Try it out and enjoy!
    Ingredients:
    -Beef Meat: 2 kg
    - Rice (soaked): 1.5 kg
    - Salt: 2.5 tsp
    - Water: 3 litrs
    - Cumin Seeds: 2 tbsp
    - Black Cardamom: 2 pcs
    - Carrots : 250 g
    - Onions (sliced): 5 medium
    -Tomatoes (chopped): 3 medium
    - Raisins: 150 g
    - Butter Oil: 250 g
    Instructions:
    1. Prepare the Meat:
    - In a large pot, heat half of the butter oil.
    - Add sliced onions and saute until golden brown.
    - Add the beef, black cardamom, cumin seeds, and salt. Cook until the meat is browned.
    2. Cook the Meat:
    - Add chopped tomatoes and 3 ltrs of water.
    - Cover and cook on medium heat until the meat is tender. Remove the meat and set aside. Reserve the broth.
    3. Cook the Rice:
    - In a separate pot, bring the reserved broth to a boil.
    - Add the soaked rice and cook until partially done (about 70% cooked). Drain and set aside.
    4. Prepare the Toppings:
    - In a pan, heat the remaining butter oil.
    - Add the carrots and raisins. Saute until the carrots are soft and the raisins are plump.
    5. Layer the Pulao:
    - In a large pot, layer half of the rice, followed by the cooked meat.
    - Add the remaining rice on top. Sprinkle the saute carrots and raisins over the rice.
    6. Steam:
    - Cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid.
    - Cook on low heat for about 20-25 minutes, allowing the rice to steam and absorb flavours.
    7. Serve:
    - Fluff the rice gently and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious Afghani Pulao!
