I was trying to do a very serious painting earlier today which was not turning out successfully at all, and instead of having a fun painting day it was a bit depressing! Certainly there are bigger problems in the world, but I needed to get away from them for a few hours! Then I changed pace and tried this painting. It turned out cute and was so much fun to do! I wanted to tell you thank you so much for showing someone who is not real talented that they can still have fun painting!
I'm 62 and just discovered the wonderful world of water colour painting. Your channel has really inspired and helped me make that start. Please keep up the great work. Subbed!

Thank you! These are so cute and I love the color! I have been making my minis the size of a greeting card to give but if you use the 3 x 3 that would leave room for some words on your cards. Also I just got a couple of triangle brushes and they would be great for this!! Hint, I don’t think that you need the small triangle brush as the medium size seems to do small as well! Thank you for sharing your talents!!💕
Our local Contemporary Art Museum does a fund raiser - 6x6- anything you want in 6x6" square - and they put them all up on display and sell them for $20 to raise funds for the museum. You can also see them onine. (I sold my three entries last year - I was so excited that someone liked my watercolor painting!) I missed the entry deadline this year- but these 3x3's in a square would be awesome - I might do that next year. thank you for sharing your ideas and techniques - I learn so much each time I paint with you.

I use cheap ones - dick blick, Windsor & newton cotman and artist loft
