Unfortunately I am not in a position to do such a video, but a tip I will give you on finding orders and bidding is to log in very early morning 4am or 5am kenyan time or late at night 12am and spend the next 1 or 2 hours constantly refreshing your available orders page every 10 seconds then you will be able to bid on orders as soon as they are posted. You will rarely get jobs to bid on during the day. I hope this helps.

Unfortunately most of these websites require a degree, maybe try academia research and use your CV...
You can also try transcription jobs as they do not require any degree
