For us old timers, hearing that Theo and Armando “hate” NC State is music to my ears and brings me back to feelings of the rivalry in the 1970s-80s. From a NC State perspective, nothing is more insulting than hearing Carolina fans say that they cheer for NC State when State is not playing UNC.

I played for the first AAU team on Uturn. I had a good summer with them and was ranked top 100 in VA going into my senior year. I also went to school with Matt murrer at Benedictine.
Armando ain’t in the “ league “. G league isn’t “ the league “. It’s full of players who dream of one day playing in the “ league”. Armando didn’t get drafted because he’s just not needed by any teams right now. His time will come.
Looking back at that team I remember Sharpe playing decent minutes down the stretch. Kessler clearly was one of our better players but coach went with the vet in Brooks, sucks he transferred because he would’ve had a great sophomore year at UNC
