Fast font size change: Ctrl-Shift-< makes the selected text smaller by the same steps as in the dropdown. Ctrl-Shift-> makes the selected text larger by the same steps as in the dropdown.
I didn't now about the eye dropper. Thanks for the information. But professor are you going to make playlists on both Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio in the future?
The eyedropper is a great tool in PowerPoint, I'm glad you now know about it. Perhaps in the future I can make Project and Visio tutorials, but I don't currently have the software on my work computer. I'll see what I can do about getting them installed.
Great tut! Is there any way to change the font color in a negative bar graph? The main bar chart font color is white, but one the categories is showing negative and you can't see the white number. Thanks!
I have a question. That is by default font size, minimum and maximum font size in powerpoint.? And which is maximum font by typing manually as word has 1638 maximum by typing.
I want to know how to change the font size on one slide, and apply it to all slides instead of having to change the font size individually. Is this possible? None of these ways worked for me.
Hi Travel Addict, Yes, you have to use the Master Slide. Go to the Views Tab, choose Master Slide View and change the font and font sizes for the Title, Subtitle, and Normal font text on the First Master Slide and it'll effect all of the slides in your presentation. I haven't made a video on this yet, but I will. Until then, here is some further information on Master Slides: support.office.com/en-us/article/what-is-a-slide-master-b9abb2a0-7aef-4257-a14e-4329c904da54
Thank you, Travel Addict and Prof. Adam Morgan! That has been a longtime question of mine, and I appreciate knowing how to do this now. Big time-saver!!
@@ProfessorAdamMorgan Thank you Adam, but when I go to master slide view it assumes I was using a template with pro-forma text boxes. I just added my own text boxes to otherwise blank slides. I'd like to change the font size in all the text boxes in my slideshow at once. Is there a way to do this?
Hi Bob, Make sure you're clicking on the little arrow next to the fill color or font color button. If you click on the actual button itself, it'll choose the default color.
Thanks, informative ,got some knowledge after viewing this

@@ProfessorAdamMorgan I am very happy to read that and excited as well. Cuz I saw these recently on my pc and have no idea what they do.
Sounds good to me, hopefully I can get them installed and get some tutorials going.

@@ProfessorAdamMorgan I checked but for some reason there are no arrow but it's fine I can just get it a lighter color.
All right, I'm glad you found an alternative. Have a nice weekend, Bob.
