Rose Etude 31 Bass Clarinet

It’s finally here!!!
I’m sorry I took so long to record this - every chance I got I always took it way too seriously and strived for a perfect run which I never achieved. It’s something I wasted so much time and energy on and I could never be happy with the take I did. It really ruined my attitude towards this project and I didn’t see the fun in it anymore. But I’ve come to terms with the idea that it doesn’t have to be perfect. It shouldn’t be perfect and neither should I. However, I should still strive towards being the best I can in the moment.
I like to think that the good, professional players or really anyone good can make the best out of any negative scenario. I’m no professional but I like that way of thinking. I did the best I could right now and I’m content with this turned out. I wasn’t super stressed or felt really pressured by myself to get this to be perfect, I just wanted to play music and express myself with my music. And you know what, it wasn’t perfect but it satisfied me anyway.

I need to blow more air!!!! And I need consistent air on those throat tones and shallamo notes lol. Will do more long tones!!
